This is the ‘Landing page’ of our website. You can select your preferred language. You have the possibility as already registered user to get directly into our catalogue. Click on your email address shown and it re-directs the site. If you are not owner of the email address shown, then please click on ‘Sign in with a different account’.

1. Click on ‘Forgot your password’ if you can’t remember it. Request to reset your password from our customer service.

2. Enter your email address in the next screen shown above.A new password will be send to your email account. Check your inbox, copy the new password and enter when you go on website to login.

This is the ‘Showcase’ area. See slideshows of our furniture. Click on right panel it shows you other slideshows you can select. Click on ‘View These Products’ it shows you a list of products shown in the slideshow you are looking at. Click on one item, it simply takes you to the item in the ‘Catalogue”.

Click on ‘View These Products’ to see all items in this slideshow.

4.1 Showcase page – Items in a showcase linked to catalogue

This is the ‘Showcase’ area. See slideshows of our furniture. Click on right panel it shows you other slideshows you can select. Click on ‘View These Products’ it shows you a list of products shown in the slideshow you are looking at. Click on one item, it simply takes you to the item in the ‘Catalogue”.

Click on an item to see more detail information about it. This click takes you to the item in the catalogue.

These items shown in this bar, are items shown in the slideshow.

5.0 Take care page - Introduction

This is the ‘catalogue landing page’. You can start searching for JC products using ‘Search by’, you see our latest email blast, and you can use ‘My Collection’ to create customized folders by using ‘drag & drop’.This is the ‘Take care’ area. Read about our tips and tricks on how taking care of our products. Simply click through the tabs to find the information.

6.0 Contact us page - Introduction

This is the ‘Contact us’ area. To see our contact address highlighted in the map below, simply click on it. The address area below the map will change to the area you have selected.

As a sales representative you will see this button ‘ My Dealers’.

Click on it and it will show you all the dealers you manage on a map.

To search a dealer close to you. Simply use the ‘Dealer locator’ to find the closest dealer.

You search by:1. Country2. Zip code3. Miles (10 – 250 miles

distance)

4. To activate the search you need to click on search button.

6.1 Contact us page – Dealer Locator Map

This is the ‘Dealer locator map’ area. Search results will be shown in the yellow box. On the map red icons appear displaying the dealers’ location. Roll over the icon and the contact information will appear.

As a sales representative you will see this button ‘ My Dealers’.

Click on it and it will show you all the dealers you manage on a map.

You can refresh the search, if you are not getting a result.

It may not have a result within 10 miles, but probably within 50 miles or 250 miles.

Click on ‘My Personal Collection and start creating you personalized folders.

This is the ‘Catalogue Landing Page’ area. You want to find our items? Simply use our search (yellow box) below.We offer you to create your personalized folders for your customers. Simply try our ‘My Collection’ feature.

We display here each months’ email blast. You receive an email which when you click on the image in your email it takes you directly to this page on our website.

To have direct access to this page, of course you have to be already logged on.

When you click on the image here, it will take you to the program, collection or item etc. which we are promoting in that particular month.

When you scroll down this page, you can read more about our blast.

Click on ‘Search by’ use advanced search or easily use ‘Quick search’ to get to your item.

Select amount of items listed per page.

This is the ‘Catalogue’ area. You have browsed a search and results are displayed. Above the results you see the Searched Information PANEL. You can sort the results displaying by many ways as shown below. It will simply arrange the listing as per your selected sort by preference.

Roll over the item image to activate MAGNIFIER GLASS.

Click on additional images to see more detail of this item.

If you click the hyperlink displayed under ‘Collection’ , e.g. PAINTED, the search starts browsing and displaying all items in the PAINTED collection.

This is the ‘Catalogue’ area. Your are now looking at one particular item. You have now opened the PRODUCT INFORMATION PANEL. All you need to know about our product is displayed there.

To print an item you only have to look at the “Product information’ panel, click on the print icon and you will get to this page.You can print a full image of the item selected including the detail images, the description and dimension and related items.

Below you see your ‘Personalized footer’ is inserted on every item and collection print out.

This is the ‘Catalogue’ area. You are now seeing various PANELS. Depending on the item you selected some of the PANELS may be not appear as not every item has a related product, an alternative product or scene shot. Of course availability is always appearing.

Here you see the RELATED PRODUCTS PANEL. Click on the arrow to see the full listed amount of products to choose from.

8.4 Catalogue – My Personal Collection - Introduction

This is the ‘My Personal Collection’ area. Create your personalized folders. And use following features to share your collection: Print, Email, Name you collection, Remove your collection, etc.

Need some help? Click here.In the beginning your

collection is empty. Simply use DRAG & DROP to collect items from your search results listed into your collection.

The name of the folder you created will appear here in yellow

This is the ‘My Personal Collection’ area. Print your collection mode. Make use of the ‘Personalized footer’. Every print of your collection and every send to a friend will has your contact details attached for your own greater trade benefit.

This is your personalized footer. It will always be printed and send to a friend.

8.4.2 Catalogue – My Personal Collection – Email to a friend

This is the ‘My Personal Collection’ area. Email collection to your customers or friends. Follow the rule and use semicolon ( ; ) for separating email addresses, if you want to send to more than one customer/friend. After you submitted a message will tell you your collection has been sent.

8.4.3 Catalogue – My Personal Collection – Other features

If you look at the ‘PRODUCT INFORMATION’ of an item, you can add/remove this particular item from your collection you are in. See above written in yellow. Your are now in the VANITY collection.

Remove all products in your collection, click here. A pop-up asks you YES or NO.

Create a new collection, click here. Rename your collection, click here.

9.0 Registration – Introduction - Introduction

This is the ‘Registration’ area. There are 2 options of your choice. As a trade you will be more interested to register ‘To The Trade’ account option as it gives you greater benefit to manage your customers. The ‘Online Catalogue” Account only gives you limited access to the catalogue.

Click on one of the red buttons and you will get to the registration form.

This is the ‘Registration’ area. You are now in the ‘Online Catalogue’ registration. In the catalogue section you only have limited access (No availability and no new introductions seen).

1. Enter your email address, 2. Select your country, 3. Enter your Zip/Postal code.2. Starred fields are required.3. Leave box ticked, if you would like to receive further information about JC products.4. Double check your information is being entered correctly.5. Click ‘Register’ to submit your information to JC. You will be automatically logged on our website.6. A notification email will be sent to your inbox.

This is the ‘Registration’ area. You are now in the ‘Trade Account’ registration. You have full access to the catalogue and you will have greater benefits when looking for detail information about JC products and presenting to your customers. Make sure your information is correct. Your contact detail will appear as a footer on all ‘Send/Tell a friend’ emails.

1. Enter all fields.

2. Starred fields are required.

3. Leave box ticked, if you would like to receive further information about JC products.

4. Double check your information is being entered correctly.

5. Click ‘Register’ to submit your information to JC.

6. You will be automatically logged on our website.

7. A notification email will be sent to your inbox.

This is the My Account’ area. As a salesman see the ‘Salesman information. The unconfirmed dealers should be confirmed or rejected within 30 days. The confirmed dealer list shows the dealers in your region.

This is the My Account’ area. This is the list of unconfirmed dealers. You have maximum 30 days to confirm or reject the requests. You should check this page daily for incoming requests. They might be interesting dealers or designers etc. and you may want to confirm them immediately. Simply use the search fields to find a specific dealer.

Instruction1. Approve /Reject dealer > a tick box will confirm your action 2. Action > Undo action > Your action will be removed

12.0 Trouble shooting - Clear Cache and Browser History

You have trouble with our website. Before you contact our customer service, try solve the error yourself. It might be simply a browsing issue. This screenshot here shows you IE 7. There is not much difference between others, the steps are similar.
