WeldingJRMFG has a variety of Welding Procedures on file Qualified to AWS, ASME Section IX & DNV.  These are qualified to different welding processes GTAW, SMAW, SAW, FCAW as well as Cladding. Five welding positioners from 56,000 Lbs. to 420,000 Lbs.  Along with 10 ton to 40 ton automatic rollers.JRMFG is aggressive in our Welding Program we believe in continued training of our welding staff.  We conduct random weld audits on a weekly basis.  The audit forms are kept on file and used to support our Welder Continuity Log as well.

Pull TestHere at JRMFG Safety & Quality are our top concerns. When performing pull test JSA (Job Safety Analysis) as well as pull test procedures are wrote around customer requirements.  JSA as well as Pull Test Procedures are reviewed and signed off on by all participants involved.  COC’s are provided with pictures as well as load cell calibration certs.
