How to access JS LMS - Mobile App.?
LMS Apps are available in Google Play and Apple Store.
Play store: User can install the app by searching “JS LMS”
Note: Make sure that the publisher is “Celeritas Solutions LLC“

Log-in
User will enter their given username and password to log into the app.
“Remember Me” option will save the credentials of the user and will
bypass this screen next time the app is accessed.

1. How to access profile?
To access the profile, click on User icon.
Profile page: User can view the full name, designation, employee code, phone, branch, and email address.
User can view the completed number of online courses and classroom trainings.

User can send request change his/her profile picture using Change button
User will logout the application using Logout button
For getting update on profile, press the refresh icon which is available on top left of the profile heading.
2. How to change profile picture?
After pressing the sendrequest button a popupmessage will display theconfirmation of receiving.Profile picture will beupdated after approvalof admin. User can’t send a
change picture request until JS admin approve or decline his/her previous request.
User can change his/her profilepicture. Press Change button > popupwill display to ask the user to takepicture from gallery or using camera.
3. How to access discussion forums?
To access the Discussion Forum, click on Forum icon.
In forums page, you can view the list of all discussion topics created by JS admin. This page also displays the number of replies.
You can view all the discussion replies by clicking on the particular topic.

4. How to access notifications?
Below is the list of notifications with title, short description, and time.
To access the notification, press the bell icon.
Click on desired notification to read the complete notification message.
5. How to access contact list and chat?
There are two tabs in it: contacts and chat.
- Contacts tab contain the user list of bank with their designation.
- Chat tab contains the chat list.
To access the list of contacts and chat, press the envelop icon.
- You can also search the desired users by name or branch/department

6. How to access online courses?
In dashboard, you can view the Online Courses.
Online Courses are divided into three sections: Completed, In-Progress andAvailable.
All courses are sorted by server date.
Completed courses’ tabs will show the trainings which are completed.
In-Progress courses’ tab will show the training in which the user is enrolled.
Available courses’ tab will show the trainings which are available for the user.
User can also search the course by name and year.
6 (a). How to enroll in online course?
• In Completed tab, completed courses of users are available.• In InProgress tab, enrolled courses of users are available.• In Available tab, the courses which are available to users to enroll will
display.
Click on any course and you will be directed to the course page where Enroll button is available to enroll.
Note: Online courses has self-enrollment method. So it’s not require approval of Regional/Department.
6 (b). How to attempt the online course?
Press InProgress from Online Courses block, and you will be directed to the InProgress Online Courses tab . Press on desired course in Available tab.
iPhone & Android Apps support only following formats and activities:
- MP4- MP3 - CBT- Quiz- PDF- DOCX- XLSX- PPTX
Remember: All above these formats and activities will only available on Online Course.

Press CBT for attempt the course.

Online Course shows the CBT.- First complete the CBT and then attempt the quiz
6(c). How to attempt the Quiz?
After click on quiz a confirmation message will display to tell the user about the time limit and ask the user to start the quiz or not.

After attempt the quiz user either press “SUBMIT ALL AND FINISH” button.
User can also go back by press the“RETURN TO ATTEMPT” button for correction of answers.
After confirmation, user will be directed to the Quiz Questions Screen.

7. How to access classroom training?
In dashboard, you can view the Classroom Training block.
Classroom trainings are divided into three sections. Completed, InProgress andAvailable.
All trainings are sorted by server date.
Completed trainings tabs will show the trainings which are completed.
Enrolled trainings tab will show the training in which the user is enrolled.
Requested trainings tab will show the training for which user send enroll request
Available trainings tab will show the trainings which are available for the user to user.
User can also search the training by name and year.
7 (a). How to enroll in Classroom training?
The user can view the trainings he/she is enrolled in. Press on Available from Classroom training block, and you will be directed to the Available classroom training tab . Press on desired training for enrollment in Available tab. Press ENROLL ME button to send a enrollment request
Regional/Department head will receive the training request. After approval you will be enrolled in the requested training.
Note: All requested training will move from Available tab to Requested tab until approval of request.
8. How to access calendar?
To access the calendar, press Calendar block on the dashboard.
Calendar has two tabs, In-house and Ex-house.
Click on any event date it will directed the user to event page which shows the detail of events that held on desired date

Press desired Ex-house calendars.
