In tribute to the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces, the Battleship Missouri Memorial will

celebrate the Fourth of July holiday with “A Salute to Valor Music Festival.”

Performers from ensembles around the country will join together to form the Festival Chorus and honor Independence

Day with America‟s favorite patriotic music. After the music festival, concertgoers can tour the Battleship Missouri

Memorial at their leisure.

Shuttle service to the Battleship Missouri Memorial from the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument will be

available for those without base access to Ford Island. Please adhere to the no bag policy.

Tickets are $7.00 per person and include admission to the Battleship Missouri Memorial.

CARING FOR OUR FAMILIES DURING

THEIR DARKEST HOURS OF NEED…

The Care Response Team are the first responders after Casualty Notification and allows for a pre-established plan that may

offer short-term emotional and logistical support to the Family of a deceased or injured Soldier (in theater or garrison) or for

death of a spouse or Family member, being sure not to duplicate any assistance or services provided officially through

the Army or Army service channels.

CRT’s convey a critical message to the Soldiers, spouses and Families…

that people care..that the Army cares

The Schofield Barracks Health & Fitness Center opening has

been delayed until mid May to complete renovations. The

renovation includes the installation of 2 new saunas, repairing

portions of the facility floor, replacing all windows and painting

the interior walls.
