TERMS & CONDITIONS
Guarantee AgreementA guarantee of attendance is due by 12pm, (3) business
days prior to any function. This policy is applicable to
any function regardless of expected attendance.
Multiple Entrée RequestMultiple entrée selections are permitted withthe proper notice. A group may choose up to three (3) entrees with a guarantee of each item (3) days prior to the event. All meals willbe charged based upon the highest entrée price.
Menu DesignOur Catering Staff and Culinary Team will be
at your service to create custom design menu
for your event. All arrangements should
be finalized at least (14) days in advance of
Chef Attended StationsWhen selecting a chef attended station, a
minimum of (1) Chef is required for every 100
guests, per station.
Beverage ServiceWe recommend (1) bartender for every 75 guests.
A Bartender fee of $100 will apply if your bar does
not reach $300 in sales
BeveragesAll alcoholic beverage on Hotel’s premises must
be dispensed only by the hotel service staff and
bartenders. Proper photo ID is required to verify
legal age. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Shipping & Receiving
Decorations
Nothing may be fixed to the walls, floors or ceiling
with push pins, nails, staples, carpet tape or other
like materials. There is a $50 fee for banner
hanging per banner. Candles with open flames,
confetti, bird seed, rice and glitter are not
permitted.
Audio VisualAudio visual equipment is available throughour in house provider PSAV Audio Visual, on a rental basis. All services not providedby PSAV should have Hotel approval and charges may apply for electrical requirements, liability, insurance, etc.

BuffetsAll buffet menus are designed and priced for a
maximum of 90 minutes of service. Buffets open longer
than 90 minutes are subject to a $10 per person/ per
hour surcharge for extensions.
Shipping & ReceivingThe storage of boxes and delivery to room location
may incur a fee as stated in your contract. All
return shipping arrangements must be made by
the client. The Hotel is not responsible for any
shipment that is delivered to the Hotel and we
reserve the right to refuse any shipment. Materials
which are perishable or flammable, will not be
accepted. Please contact your Catering or
Conference Service Manager for shipping and
pricing information.
Function Rooms are assigned according to the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. If there is a fluctuation in the number of attendees, the Hotel reserves the right to assign accordingly the banquet function room. The Hotel reserves the right to charge a service fee for set-up of the meeting rooms with extraordinary requirements. A room change fee will be charged for any last minute, day of, set-up changes.
Outside Food & Beverage PolicyThe Grand Hotel does not permit any outside foodor beverage to be brought into the Hotel by the group or guests at any time. Failure to comply will result in a $1,000 fee.
