About Marshall Brown:

Marshall was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in history and worked in finance and then education before going to seminary. He received his Master of Divinity in 2002 from Reformed Theological Seminary. For the next six years he worked as a college pastor (RUF) at the University of Alabama. In 2008, he moved to Los Angeles, California and served as an assistant pastor at Pacific Crossroads Church. It was there that he met and married his wife, Allison Bowers. With much celebration, they were married August 31, 2013. Two months after they were married, they accepted the call for Marshall to be the senior pastor at Grace Presbyterian Church near Chicago. They now have a ten-month-old son, Peter. Marshall enjoys golf, Alabama football, and long walks with Allison and Peter.
