This special min-istry connects St. Mary’s Visitation with parishioners who are unable to celebrate Mass with us due to age, illness or phys-ical limitations. Our homebound parish-ioners are loved and prayed for and are vital members of our parish community. Any St. Mary’s parishioner who has been confirmed and is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church may be a Homebound Minister. Parents who request baptism for a child are expected to complete a preparation class. It is offered bi-monthly. The scheduled classes for 2021 in-clude: Saturday, September 4th from 10:30-11:30am in church Saturday, November 6th from 10:30-11:30am in church It is generally easier if the preparation is done before the birth of the child. If you have attended a session within the last five years, it is not necessary to retake the class. Volunteer drivers are needed to assist with the delivery of meals to eligible sen-iors.
