SPORTS CAMP We had two teams travel to compete at different Sports Camps this year. The teams had a fantastic week getting involved in all sports from Lawn Bowls and Croquet to Rugby and Netball. The students all played with enormous amounts of determination, resilience and spirit. Both teams bought home several trophies and did amazingly well. There were many proud moments but most of all our team, united on the sideline cheering each other on. Thank you to the parents and staff for their support. Congratulations to individual athletes and the teams for doing our school proud. Bring on 2020! FAREWELL TO MARK STEVENSON Farewell to Mr Mark Stevenson. CHINA & SOUTH KOREA TRIPS On the 20 September, 7 BBI students and 2 teachers will head to China along with students and teachers from Wakaaranga Primary, Pigeon Mountain Primary and Hingaia. Then on the 23 September, 12 BBI students and 2 teachers will head to South. AFTERS SCHOOL CLASSES All After School Class letters have now gone home with students. Classes will start the first week back in Term 3. SECOND HAND UNIFORM SHOP Just a reminder our shop is open every Wednesday morning 8.15am-8.45am and then again in the afternoon from 3pm -3.30pm. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS We welcome various short term overseas students to our school throughout the year. We will be hosting several groups of visitors in July/August. The opportunity for exchange of cultures is a valuable experience for all students. Thank you to the families who have welcomed overseas visitors into their homes.
