Very good thank you and how about you?
I'm good. Now tell us some secrets from your diet? Um, I have a fruity breakfast and a healthy lunch which is includes salad
and juicy steak and roasted vegetables. And I can’t forget a lovely self-
saucing chocolate pudding with fruit on the side.
So you eat a lot of normal foods as well?
Yes I do. But it’s important to eat the food you love because you’ll make
your diet worse by forcing yourself not to eat it.
What types of treats do you eat after your workout?
Usually I eat a couple pieces of delicious milk chocolate before my
workout for some energy. Then after my workout some sugar free lollies.

My beautiful California sushi rolls and roasted chicken with a fresh salad on the
side. Very healthy and delicious.
Any desserts that are healthy?
Greek honey and fresh homemade yoghurt that my mother taught me.
Any tips for a healthy diet?
Eating a mix of vegies, fruit , meat and grains.

How to make chocolate spiders?
These chocolate spiders are a delicious treat for any occasion.
Crunchy Spiders
Method
This type of food is a very simple dish. They take up to 5-10
minutes.
Step 1: Get your cooking hat on and get all your ingredients.
Step 2: Crush the noodles and melt the chocolate and peanut butter to-gether in the microwave or on a stove top.
Step 3:
Put the ingredients together. Then mix all the ingredients with your hands, (or with a wooden spoon).
Step 4:
With a spoon (or your hands) grab a handful of the chocolate spiders and put them on a tray. Make sure to put baking paper
underneath.
Step 5: Put the chocolate spiders in the
fridge until chocolate has set.
Step 6: Take the spiders out of the fridge and serve them way you want.
Ingredients Melted chocolate: Enough to cover the noodles. Noodles (crunchy): 2 packets Peanut butter (melted): 3 table spoons

4. If you’re a sweet tooth instead of chocolate and lollies munch on some unsalted cashews.
5. Go outside, ride your bike go for a jog or even a walk. Or even do some gardening.
6. Plan meals ahead. So you can choose healthier options and cant back out.
7. Have a day were you can relax and have treats (but remember not too much).
8. You can go to the gym with a friend if you don't want to go alone.
9. Share you food with people. If you have a chocolate, cut it in half and give it to them or save it for later.
10. Park your cars futher away from the shops so you can get your exercise walking.

Everyday I go for a jog
down at the park near my
house. Sometimes Bongo
(my dog) would do some
sprinting with me. Then he
would get a workout as
well. I eat a lot of vegies
and when I say a lot I mean
a lot of vegies and fruit. My
mum has a vegie patch
and every week I go down
there and grab some fresh
foods. When I was a child
my mum would always say
“An apple a
day keeps
the doctor
away”
and my mum would always
say “If you don't eat your
apple the doctor will
come”, and I hated doc-
tors as a kid. It was like they
were going to capture me
and put these whole heaps
of needles in me. So that
quote my mum said always
worked. And now my daily
meal is an apple a day.( I
always laugh when I talk
about that).
My meals are always either
a mix of meat and fish in a
week. I always have either
salad or something healthy
on the side.
And I always, always try to
keep it. Usually I keep a rou-
tine every week, and that
helps me maintain it.
