Most recently, Linder was the Vice President of Operations for CRANE Pumps & Systems Division, where he managed four physical plant locations in Ohio and abroad. In addition to delivering significant YOY Incremental Operating Profit, his factories achieved exceptional workforce retention as a result of bottom-up employee engagement. Prior to Crane, Linder was with Borgwarner Thermal Systems in North Carolina. During his ten-plus years with Borgwarner, he held the position of Senior Manufacturing Operations & Engineering Manager and of Operations Manager for three divisions: in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the United Kingdom. His early career comprises four years in the Energy and Engine Division of Delphi Automotive Systems in Flint, Michigan. Linder holds a BS from Purdue University School of Technology.
