What is Joint Development?
Metro real estate development program
Collaboration with qualified developers to build developments on Metro-owned properties
Promotes Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) – a comprehensive approach to creating compact, transit-oriented, walkable and bikeable places in a community context rather than focusing on a single development parcel

• October 2015 – Metro/County executed MOU to cooperate on Joint Development of County-owned sites
