    Mr. Kalk: I move the Commission acknowledge thecontinued representation before the Public ServiceCommission by outside counsel Zachary Pelham and hisfirm of Midcontinent Communications in routine,uncontested telecommunications cases involving nointerest adverse to the Commission, and that theCommission waive any conflict of interest thisrepresentation may, technically, present.

    I further move that this waiver applies to thecaptioned, and similar future, Annual Report,Interconnection and Eligible Carrier cases, so long as thecases are routine, uncontested and involve no interestadverse to the Commission. Should the representation ofMidcontinent Communications before the Public ServiceCommission involve other cases that are contested, notroutine, or involve an interest adverse to the Commission,the waiver does not apply and the question of a potentialconflict of interest must be readdressed by theCommission.

    AML Seasonal Inspector Mr. Kalk: I move the Commission acknowledge there-hiring of Alan Erickson for seasonal part-timeemployment as a Project Inspector in the AML Division fora period of employment starting June 1, 2016, and endingno later than November 18, 2016, at a salary of $23.50per hour plus time and a half for hours worked in excessof the standard 40 hour work week.
