Visit Las Vegas while you’re at National Conference!Las Vegas is home to some of the most spectacular shopping in the world. Crystals at CityCenter. The Forum Shops at Caesars. TheGrand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, The Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, and the Fashion Mall. The list could go on forever, and trust us, it does. In fact, it’s fair to say that shopping in Las Vegas beats shopping anywhere else in the world.

Caesar’s Palace and the attached Forum Shops is home to numerous famous restaurants and celebrity chefs such as Bobby Flay’sMesa Grill, Nobu Restaurant, Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill, Carmine’s, Il Mulano New York, Spago, and Raos. It’s time for dessert, butdon’t expect the choices to get any easier. The Wynn’s Lakeside Grill has a dessert cart named Desire. And on that cart is where you’llfind the bacon chocolate bar - made with creamy milk chocolate, fleur de sel and, of course, applewood-smoked bacon. They’ll dip any-thing in chocolate at Max Brenner in The Forum Shops at Caesars. But why bother dipping when you can just order a huge syringe filledwith a chocolate potion you can squirt directly into your mouth.

First up - people watching. It may sound mundane, but with the cross-section of visitors and celebrities who come to Vegas, it's usuallyprimetime entertainment. And there's no better spot to partake than Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas, a French bistro right on the Stripwith the bonus of being directly across the street from the famous Bellagio fountains. Another great spot to grab a bite and observe yoursurroundings is PBR Rock Bar & Grill at Planet Hollywood, where you can scan CityCenter, the Bellagio and the Strip all at once.

Cruising the Strip is a requirement, by car or by foot, and since we're on the Strip, now's a good time to start. As you cruise, check outthe signs for the Cirque du Soleil shows. There are seven permanent shows on the Strip, including the heralded "O" at Bellagio and KÀat MGM Grand, and the people back home will expect you to see at least one of them.

Looking for adventure? We've got you covered; whether you like thrills by air, land or sea. Start with the SkyJump at the Stratosphere. At108 stories, it's the longest controlled free fall of its kind. Then, experience Fremont Street Flightlinez, where you get hooked to a har-ness and zip line right over the crowds on Fremont Street and under the giant video canopy. Not daring enough? How about swimmingwith the sharks at the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay?

Your staying at Caesars Palace, birthplace of many a Las Vegas legend. Evel Knievel. Muhammad Ali. Rain Man.
