Welcome to summer! We are trying something new with this edition of the Tower– a

summer edition. This newsletter will cover June, July, and August, keeping us connected with

birthdays, anniversaries, and calendar items, along with o list of who is serving in the worship

services during the summer.

During summer, many people travel, go on vacation, go fishing(!) and enjoy God’s creation in

many different ways. Schedules vary for everyone, but gathering for worship on Sunday mornings

does not! We will be here for you– to worship our Lord, to pray, to fellowship together, and to

experience the summer in all the unique ways of a church family, such as baptism in the river!

If you are in town, come to church! If you are traveling, go to church! Have a wonderful sum-

mer and give thanks to Him who created it for us.

It has been said that “a picture is worth a thousand words”, so here you go...

Extra! Extra! Read All About It!

We are excited to announce that we will be having a Cookout Potluck

after church on June 12th!!! That’s right! We will enjoy a great meal with

family fellowship right after our service that Sunday! You guessed it!

Fun, great food, fellowship, and music!

We will provide the hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill

and the fixings plus something to drink… you all provide

your favorite side dish or entrée, an appetite, a smile, and

a voice to sing some good old gospel hymns after we

break bread together!

Come see our new remodeled kitchen and enjoy some

great food, fun, fellowship, and singing!

Also, we have formed a group called the Events Planning

committee that will plan different events such as this so

we can enjoy fellowship with our church family and have fun as well.

Please mark your calendar and

bring your favorite dish and we

will have a great time celebrating

our love for our church and our

Savior!
