DESCRIPTIONThe course is designed to provide a balance between intensive English language tuition, and a relaxing and fun-filled social, sports, activity and excursion programme

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFERS

FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONSRESIDENCE• 4-5 people on average per residential

apartment• Less than 5 minutes walking distance from the

campus• 24 hour security, 7 days per week, for the

duration of the programme• Meals provided on campus (breakfast, lunch,

and dinner)• Packed lunch provided for weekend tours• Towels changed twice per week, bins emptied

and bathrooms tidied• Rooms vacuumed and linen changed once per

week

HOST FAMILY• Twin or triple rooms• Full board: breakfast, packed lunch and

evening meal supplied by host family• Hot lunch is available at school for a

supplement

TRANSFER SERVICE OPTIONSDUBLIN AIRPORT INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER SERVICE A: Students will be met at the arrivals hall by an Atlantic representative and accompanied to our direct coach transfer partner travelling direct to Galway. On arrival to Galway, students will be met by their host family or an Atlantic staff member (residential students). This service includes a return ticket to Dublin airport (DUB).Note: This service is available to students arriving Sat/Sun 09.00-17.00

and departing Sat/Sun 11.00 -20.00

DUBLIN AIRPORT INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER SERVICE B: The same transfer details of Service A apply to this option. Service B is for students arriving outside of the flight arrival/departure times outlined in Service A. Note: Last available coach departure from Dublin Airport –Galway is 23.15.

PRIVATE TAXI SERVICE:Students are met at arrivals hall by a private taxi and transferred to accommodation in Galway.Available from: Dublin Airport (DUB), Shannon Airport (SNN), Knock Aiport (NOC)
