JURES HOUSE. ABOUT

The brand holder of JURES HOUSE is the company JM HAUS established in 2009, when decision to develop production of top quality wooden houses was taken. For this reason manufacturing of wooden houses was separated from the main activity of JURES MEDIS.

The company JURES MEDIS is the world known manufacturer of glue laminated timber structures (incl. laminated logs for manufacturing of wooden houses) from 1974. In 2011 JM HAUS has made considerable investments in the improvement of the production and has installed new machinery for manufacturing of the wooden houses.


JURES HOUSE. MANUFACTURING

JURES HOUSE designs and manufactures laminated logs based wooden buildings including homes, lakeside cabins, holiday villas, mountain lodges, leisure buildings, hotels, beach front homes, sauna houses, etc.

JURES HOUSE has a ready designed catalogue of different house projects. However those projects can be adjusted according the customer’s requirements and needs.


JURES HOUSE. TECHNOLOGY

Laminated logs are milled very precisely by automated milling machines compatible with the SEMA Design program. All the data needed to manufacture of log beams has been obtained directly from the house design program. Thus error is eliminated and the possibility of significantly increasing the accuracy of processing is assured. This allows for significant increase in quality assembling of log houses.

No control assembling in the factory needed 3D factory drawingsLogs can be up to 13,5 m. length. Wide transportation possibilities: trucks, containers, air transport.

Raw material used for the production: white-wood, red-wood, larch.

Timber drying : to 12% +/-2%

Minimum wall thickness – 70 mm;Maximum wall tchickness – 240 mm.

WOOD - RENEWABLE SOURCE FROM NATURE


Wood is the only naturally renewable building material, and that cycle of growth has an added benefit.

When a young forest is growing, it produces 1.07 tons of oxygen and absorbs 1.47 tons of carbon dioxide for every ton of wood.

But as the forest matures, growth slows, and the absorption rate drops off.

PERFORMANCE SCHEME-FIRST STEPS


Log homes are ordered and delivered according to a sales model that reflects the whole process – from idea of desired house to actual assembling.

Sketches – either the customer or JURES HOUSE architects or designers develop a picture of a desired log building and send them to JURES HOUSE. Sketches made in scale should include:

- positions of windows/doors with indicated sizes;- cross section with indicated heights;- floor plans with indicated outer measures (at least) of a building.

After the approval of the sketches JURES HOUSE prepares an initial commercial offer with a total cost of the desired log building. The offer will also include production terms, terms of delivering architectural & construction drawings, transport & payment conditions.

JURES HOUSE team will prepare the final commercial offer according to architectural & construction drawings. We’ll also indicate the exact price of the project.

The customer and JURES HOUSE will sign a formal document confirming an agreement between the parties. It’ll include the content of delivery, production terms, guarantees and other conditions of the delivery.Produced logs for the

house will be shipped by:- JURES HOUSE’s provided collecting vehicle (DDU, CIF Incoterms 2000);- client’s presented collecting vehicle (EXW, Incoterms 2000).

Delivered logs will be assembled in 3 possible ways:- by using a full assembling crew from JURES HOUSE;- by hiring a qualified supervisor from JURES HOUSE;- the client can assemble the materials on his own.

JURES HOUSE designs, manufactures and exports the houses to clients from different parts of the world.
