• Mexico is a country that experiences many disruptions in its justice system • “Justice in Mexico” is a project that addresses such problems and provides
proposals for legal reform
Background
• The Justice in Mexico Project hosts events, does research, and edits specialty publications
• Increase the awareness of Justice reform of Mexico• English-language www.JusticeinMexico.org serves as an effective resource
to disseminate information and to promote the organization

• Delegates responsibility, determines use of budget resources

Assumptions:• Project Manager has project management experience. • Justice website could bring in future funding?• Website will increase organization’s popularity• Does people care? Who is our audience?
Constraints:• Student workers work for low wage and they may lack professional skills
