Disappearing TextProblem: 1)Text in the “Current Amount”, “Page No”, “Does this metric apply…” columns does not save. When users enters info, goes to a new tab, and comes back – the information is gone (not saved)

2)Text also disappears when user uploads a source doc

1) User uploads docs and/or source links and it works – but – when users uploads the docs on the next question, all the documents disappear

2) User uploads a doc or source link and it works – but, then – it users goes to a new tab or subtab – the document and or the source link is gone
