As part of her role as CTO, Ann directs the firm’s internal human resources, operations and marketing functions. Prior to this, Ann was the Managing Director for Salo Human Resources (formerly Oberon).
Prior to joining the Oberon team, Ann worked as an Executive Coach and Consultant and spent over ten years serving as Executive Vice President and Human Resources Vice President for a national staffing company.
Ann brings years of combined experience in leadership, human resources, executive coaching, sales, staffing, and consulting.
Innovation and Movement in the WorkplaceAnn’s presentation will introduce attendees to Salo and their innovative approach to workplace design and employee wellness. As the first BlueZones™ certified work place in America, Salo is an industry leader who embraces a holistic approach to finding purpose, improving health and increasing longevity.
She is passionate about her work on the Board of Directors for Project SUCCESS; a youth- development organization that gives middle and high school students the tools to develop life skills to create a bright future.
