But the job included preparation of Estimating, Quoting, Planning, Erecting and Commissioning Steel Structures/ Pipe Lines and Machineries of Emirates Grain Co., Emirates Refining Co., Tiffany Group of Co., of IFFCO in Sharjah Port periphery. From 15 June 2002 to 10 July 2003 had been working in Dubai Dry Docks, U.A.E as Steel Work Preparatory and Steel QC.
Job included: - To attend refit meeting, to identify defects as per the defect list, measurement, estimation and planning of steel works onboard, Liaison and initializing auxiliary works related to Mechanical, Electrical and pipe shops, preparation of ship's drawings in AutoCAD for fabrication and Erection, Steel material description for invoicing etc., for all the steel works related to ships and vessels under repair, conversion or construction. Our resources
Our workshop space of 3500 sqft at poonikara near bolgatty easy accessible through waterways and roadways, we capable to undertake all types of marine repairs, fabrication etc.. Equipments includes 12ft lathe machines, Drilling equipments both heavy duty & medium sized, Welding machines (TIG/ARC/CO2/SMAG) ,Grinding machines – medium size to heavy duty, Cutting sets – gas cutters & electric cutters and all tools required for 50 labours at a time. This can be increased up to 300 + workers in short period All equipments are easily mobilized as requirement of client where ever necessary in portable 20 containers. Supporting resources: Readily availed 30 suppliers which includes skilled manpower, equipments & material suppliers etc…
