Partnership
The Big Idea: Both Twitch.tv and labels should agree to a partnership that will benefit both parties from copyright laws.
What’s in it for you?

What’s in it for your audience? Explain why your topic is important or worth discussing. Many streamers/viewers of streamers know that Twitch is growing and will be targeted by labels that have copyrights to the music that is being streamed without their consent. A partnership between the labels and Twitch will cause less troublesome for streamers and viewers. Twitch will grow more while working along side with these labels.

Trust me, I’m a doctor
Why should your audience listen to you? Explain your ethos (credibility). My audience should understand where I am coming from with this information. I know a few things about copyright laws and that they are one of the most well protected laws. I am attending music business classes and copyright laws were one of my classes.

It’s time for an
Adventure
Call to Adventure: Labels will not target Twitch if they were partnered together. Labels will earn more revenue and Twitch will continue to grow.

Preview the three main points that will support your big idea: Raising the awareness about the change that will happen to Twitch with copyright laws and stream rules. 1) Streamers should not play copyrighted music while streaming. 2) If streamers don’t follow the new rules a potential ban will occur 3) Spreading the word about the dangers of copyright infringement.

Story time!
No one that I know has been banned yet for streaming copyrighted music. But recently a streamer by the name of “Towelliee” has gotten banned for illegal raffle through Twitch. Rules about raffles on Twitch have changed and now everyone is all right with it.
