a South African cardiac surgeon performed the first successful heart transplant
in 1967. Many surgeons gave up due to frequent rejection by the patient's
immune system. Dr. Barnard devised a technique and went on to
perform more than 49 procedures where the patient's own heart
is connected to the new heart to form effectively a 'double
heart', giving the original heart a chance to recover.
two British aviators, made the first non-stop transatlantic
flight in June 1919. They spent 15 hours over the North
Atlantic flying 3040 km at an average speed of 185 kmph.
Early aircraft engines did not have the reliability needed for
the crossing, or the power to lift the required fuel. There
were difficulties navigating over unpredictable weather.
This was an unthinkable feat until then.

Today commercial aircrafts fly at the speed of sound
and perform many times better in terms of range and
the ability to carry passengers. Cardiac surgery has seen
many cutting edge and life- saving innovations. France's
Renaud Lavillenie cleared 6.16 metres in the mens pole
vault and there have been many who scored a perfect 10
in gymnastics since Nadia. Animation films use pioneering
motion capture technology today.
This is not to take away from what the people in the
extracts above have achieved. This is about what they all
had in common. They all pushed and constantly bettered
their best, in everything that they did through superior
performance. In an organizational context superior
performance is about every individual asking- how can I
be better at whatever I do and improve what I have done?
When every employee at every level asks these questions
and responds with decisive actions, the output is invariably
increased individual performance. High performing
individuals with the right leadership and enablers in place
create high performing teams. Great teams have always
proven to create great organizational outcomes.
Superior performance hence is not an initiative but a mind-
set that every employee must possess and demonstrate
untiringly at all times.
Superior performance is no longer a choice but a business
imperative brought upon by challenging circumstances
fraught with competition and ever increasing customer
demands. Increasingly as service organizations try and climb
the value chain jostling for the customers mind space, any
competitive advantage can be leveraged only by all people,
processes and systems within the organization constantly
striving to do better and more- Faster, Higher and Stronger.
the celebrated Romanian gymnast, winner of three Olympic gold medals at the age of
14, in was the first female gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10 in an Olympic
gymnastics event.. Olympics scoreboard manufacturers were told that a perfect 10.00
was not possible. Nadia's perfect marks were thus displayed as 1.00 instead.
The initially confused crowd, gave her a rousing ovation.
Ukrainian pole vaulter won the world record for men's pole vaulting 35 times. He cleared 6
meters on 45 occasions. He set his first world record of 5.85m in 1984 which he improved
to 5.88m a week later, and then to 5.90m a month later. In 1993 he created a new world
record of 6.14 m (20 feet 134 inches). A feat long considered unattainable.

KNOWLEDGE BYTE
HOW TO HAVE A HIGH PERFORMING ORGANIZATIONT R Venkatesh, IT, ChennaiEmail: [email protected]
I wish that the approach to superior performance is as simple
so that it reaches all levels. Typically transforming teams from
Reactive to proactive approach on all matters
Firefighting to strategizing
Enforcing rules to Partnering model
Diagnosing and treatment to prevention and
empowerment
During World War II, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt
traveled to Seattle, to meet with 18,000 aircraft workers
at Boeing Corporation. FDR brought with him a young
airplane pilot named Hewitt Wheless from Texas. The pilot
had escaped death, thanks to the resilience of the bullet-
riddled B-17 plane he flew out of harms way. His plane had
been built at that very Boeing plant. Do you think seeing
and hearing that young pilot thank them for saving his life
connected them to a common cause? It did.
Although the work required for America to catch up to the
output of the Nazi military-industrial complex was daunting,
Americans rose to the challenge by persevering through
hard hours of menial factory work. FDRs visits helped
transform welders and riveters into freedom fighters. From
1941 until 1945 American aircraft companies out-produced
the Nazis three to one and built nearly 300,000 airplanes.
To achieve superior performance the following needs
to be practiced by all team leaders
1. Connect people with core values
2. Connect people with a common vision
3. Lead by living the values and work towards
the vision
For years Corporates have been
driving concepts of performing
Organization/ superior performance
to achieve the strategic goals. There
are lot of success stories where
Organizations have transformed and
soared to greater heights.
Approachs for a performing
Organization are:
Ensure vision and strategy is
infused into the system at every
level
Effectively communicate
strategic intent throughout
the organization
Identify financial, business
processes, customer satisfaction
and internal development
metrics that support corporate
strategy
Track performance against
the established strategic and
operational goals
Manage cross-functional
process performance
Identify improvements that
will impact
corporate
success
If these are followed it
engages, enthuses and
energizes employees so
they give their best efforts
and do the long and hard
work necessary to achieve
sustainable superior
performance.

The way the logo was created by
incorporating a very powerful
message with a purpose and
sequence is amazing, wonderful
and excellent. Understanding,
appreciating and practicing
these three golden messages can
transform the organization by leaps
and bounds and pave way for a
golden era for TVSLSL.
By prefixing the word superior to
performance, the message is clear
that the need of the hour is beyond
incremental performance. Mere
performance and delivery is taken
as a basic hygiene for our existence
in the organization. Aligning with
our vision, aspiring for phenomenal
growth and being a leader in the Global logistics industry, it is imperative that we adopt and imbibe the culture of Superior
Performance
Any performance which is of a higher nature or one that surpasses another in rank, quality or of great value or excellence will
be recognized as superior performance. Superior performance need not be measured only by tangibles, material benefit or
performance exceeding the budgets or targets. Enabling, guiding and mentoring others to deliver superior performance is a
key to success and brings in a paradigm shift in our thinking and execution. Let us recall the role of Krishna in Maharabaratha
in mentoring Arjuna in the battle field which enabled him to understand his duty, capability, purpose & the need of the hour.
As Arjuna, we need to understand our strength and weakness. Seek help and guidance to move towards the path of superior
performance. In the journey of SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE each one of us can play the role of Lord Krishna.
SUPERIOR PERFORMANCEKNOWLEDGE BYTE
We had recession in 2008-09 and
again in 2012 -13. In worst economic
conditions we showed superior
performance due to dynamic
leadership and team work. Targets were
not met but still it was considered as
Superior performance considering the
market condition, business challenges
and industry performance.
In the words of our MD, DO WHAT WE
SAY & SAY WHAT WE DO is the basic
essence or foundation for superior
performance.
Demonstration of commitment, ownership, accountability and consistency in
delivery is the basic ingredient for superior performance. In TVS Sons, the theme
of Going Beyond is the road map for Superior performance. Going beyond
ones duty or responsibility in the larger interest of organization, society or the
country is a positive demonstration of superior performance.

GOOD TO LOSE!!
LEADERSHIP
Ram was furious. He was arguing with the airline staff.
I dont know how this mix up happened. I must have
picked the wrong bag after the security check and you are
telling me my bag and phone is possibly with someone
else. This is atrocious ... He panted. Three days? Ram
almost shouted. What would I do without my phone and
laptop for three days?, what am I going to present at the
conference that I am headed to?
Sir, your bag is currently heading out of the country and
it will take that time to come back, I am sorry but the
last call for boarding has been announced. I will have to
take this bag from you so that I can return it to its rightful
owner The airline staff almost pleaded.
5 minutes later Ram was fumbling with his seat belt,
breathing heavily and seemingly about to explode. He
was oblivious to the lady sitting next to him until she
politely said you need to calm down. Mind your own
business Ram shot back instinctively. I would, if you
let go of the seat belt you are struggling with, you see it
belongs to this seat. Ram felt as if someone slapped him,
he mumbled an inaudible apology, let go of the seat belt
and slumped in his seat.
After an uncomfortable few minutes He turned towards
the lady and said I am extremely sorry for my rude
behaviour, no offense. None taken, you are clearly
upset over something She smiled.
Yes for the first time my laptop bag and I are traveling
on different planes, thanks to the efficient airline Ram
said. Sometimes it is good to lose things She said. Ram
frowned and shrugged indicating he did not understand.
Did you consider the fact that the other person also
could have taken your bag by mistake, like how you did
and hence the airline had nothing to do with it? Ram
was speechless. So what do you do? she asked. Ram
was grateful for this change of track and replied I drive
the business strategy for a large financial services firm.
Meanwhile the plane took off and was airborne.
I once lost my phone and laptop too. Like you I was
agitated and upset. But that episode made me realize
many things about myself. Would we be having this
conversation if you had not misplaced your laptop?
No, Ram replied. She laughed and said Appreciate
your honesty. Thats what has become of all of us. We are
in a small metal tube in a small space at about 30,000
feet up in the air, inches away from another person. Yet
we chose to get on with our work and our world. When
we all boarded, did you notice the battle of egos about
whose luggage goes where? Notice now how there
is a competitive display of who has better gadgets, all
around. She smiled. Interesting, if you put it that way
Ram replied.
We no longer call and wish people on birthdays and
anniversaries; we are content just posting our messages

LEADERSHIP
on their social networking sites. We boast of hundreds of
contacts but rarely meet people for the fun of it. We have
stopped doing things that please us and work very hard
to please others. Every lunch has to have a purpose and
conversations have been replaced by meetings. We have
stopped thinking and focus only on doing.
Children often say they are doing things because they like
it and enjoy it, do we? As adults we become so engrossed
in running races that we forget to connect with each other.
Our sense of purpose is misplaced. What is bothering
you more about your misplaced laptop? Is it about not
being able to access data or the fact that you would seem
unprofessional at the conference without your machines?
she asked. Ram was silent.
Thats why I say sometimes it is good to lose things. If
we could lose our pride, vanity, ego and self-deception,
we would enjoy our work and the world in general. If
we connect better with people we tend to have better
outcomes whether at work or at relationships, but we
need to assume ownership to make that connection.
She finally paused.
What is with this woman? Ram thought. But there was
an element of truth in what she had said, he wondered
and was lost in pensive silence for the remainder of the
flight.
The plane touched down uneventfully and in a while Ram
was at the baggage carousel along with the lady. He
asked her So what do you do?, Ram asked.
I teach children, she winked at him, turned and after a
few purposeful strides, merged with the crowd streaming
out of the exit and disappeared.

THE MAGIC OF STRINGSMurugesh was fascinated by the guitar and one fine day told himself that, he was going to teach himself to play it- and that was
it. He still remembers the first night he picked up his friends guitar and sat down to
attempt to play. His fingers were not used to it, and became frustrated that he could
hear the songs in the head, but could not play them right. He just kept at it, and after
about a year, he was playing songs with ease and an year later, playing the guitar
became one of his favourite pastimes. He grew up to learn other styles of American
music and now music is a big part of his life, it is way to deal with stress and learning
to play has opened doors to new opportunities for him.
He believes that Music can change the world, because it can change people. Some

I was too embarrassed even to go to a teacher because I didn't want to waste their time. I didn't
realise that lot of guitar teachers enjoy working with adult beginners..
Initially my friends saidthat I was "cute but tuneless". I was sometimes referred to as
"congenitally arrhythmic", which is to say I had no natural sense of rhythm. I basically started
with zero talent..
..As soon as I learned what a minor pentatonic scale was, I was able to improvise a little
bit and that was after only a couple of weeks. I got better and better and added more
techniques, but one of the most empowering things I found was how easy it was to make
music. I thought you had to have years of training..
..I would say, like the Nike commercial just do it. Enjoy the journey, don't be too 'final-goal'
orientated, get a good teacher who can help you to identify your weaknesses and work on them.
I waited too long to approach a teacher..

ALL THINGS PAPER QUILLING ART
Pramila has tried her hand at a wide variety of arts and crafts ever since she was kid. She
was aware of quilling growing up in the 70s, but hadn't considered it as part of her art making
repertoire until she got drawn by the paper earrings which were placed in the display of a
showroom.
For over a year now that she has been paper quilling. At first, it started with earrings, and then progressed to bracelets, pendants
and rings. She uses anything close to hand that gets the job done - pins, needles, dowels, drill bits. Her works are intricate, time-
consuming and contain a lot of details.
Most of her designs stem from her own imagination and usually gifts her creation to children of her friends and relatives. She
uses the internet to learn different techniques and facebook as a medium to post her new design to reach out to vast number
of people.

WORLD IN FRAMESRajs interest in photography started in the year 2003 when he was
studying in 10th standard. That was a Sunday his neighbour house
was filled with crowd for a function. They hired a photographer for the
function who unfortunately didnt turn up for the occasion but that
turned-out to be a fortunate moment for Raj. They were looking for
someone who can handle a camera for capturing, suddenly someone
recalled him taking pictures with an old camera for fun some time back
and he was called for the project.
He shot the occasion, handed over the film strips and got back to
coaching for his tenth board exams. Few days later he was called by his
neighbour who gave an interesting update that the photo developers
were stunned by few shots and asked them about the photographer.
That was the first feedback for his work and now its been 10 years
where he has a done couple of photography shows along with his art
exhibition.
Raj says an all-time concern as a photographer is that nobody clicks him
well as he does for others. With this selfish thought he started teaching
basics of photography informally to his friends.

Newly emerging economies are building their own industries with global capabilities. At the same time technological change
and production efficiencies mean that most companies in most industries are capable of producing in greater quantity at less
cost. The result of all of this is that there is now overcapacity in virtually every industry, meaning that competitive pressure is
greater than ever before. To remain competitive in this new global environment, companies will have to continually seek ways
in which costs can be lowered and service enhanced, meaning that supply chain efficiency and effectiveness will become ever
more critical.
US-based sports company Nike Inc. reinvented the concept of sports shoes however, as in any global organization, logistics and
the management of the supply chain is a crucial strategic issue at Nike. The company outsources virtually 100 per cent of its
shoe production, Nikes basketball shoe, for example, is designed in Oregon and Tennessee and developed jointly by Asian and
US technicians in Oregon, Taiwan and South Korea. The shoes themselves are manufactured in South Korea (mens sizes) and in
Indonesia (boys sizes), from 72 components supplied by companies in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and the United
States. Moreover, the complexity of the product means that each pair of shoes passes through more than 120 pairs of hands

during the production process. It
also means that there is a danger
of extended lead times. Tying the
whole Nike enterprise together are
information systems that co-ordinate
each step of these far-flung activities,
and a logistics infrastructure capable
of bringing the components together
at precisely the right time, as well
as managing the supply of finished
goods into the global marketplace.
In the United States and Europe,
primary distribution of Nike products
is increasingly outsourced to specialist
third parties, who are linked into the
companys global sales and customer
service support systems. These links
allow the contractors to prioritize
shipments and manage order fulfillment
as cost effectively as possible, while
ensuring that product availability
information is readily accessible to all
decision makers throughout

Nikes virtual enterprise. Importantly too, these organizational capabilities should also hold Nike in good stead should
fashionable youth turn away from designer sports shoes, forcing the company to rely more heavily on sales of its widening
portfolio of sports equipment, clothing, watches and eyewear. When the supply chains are global and the products are fashion
oriented the management of logistics becomes a key determinant of business success or failure.

You cannot step into the same river twice, said Heraclitus, a Greek
Philosopher. If I step into a river and get out and then step back into it
again, a certain amount of water would have flowed by in the meantime.
So its not the same river anymore. Thats how each moment is unique
and incomparable, it has never been before and it will never be again. Life
never repeats its a never ending constant renewing. Everything flows and
nothing stops, remember only the appearance remains same, otherwise
everything changes and flows. The Ganges in the morning, afternoon and
in the evening appears to be the same Ganges, but its not, it is constantly
flowing.
Life is a continuous process of many rebirths perhaps. To keep pace with this ever-changing reality our perceptions too need a
continuous rebirth. Liberated living comes from liberating oneself from past perceptions. Perceive everything in Life as If you
are encountering it for the first time. Today is new sunrise we have missed Christ, Buddha when they were around because
our perceptions could not catch up with them. We seem to always be missing all the living masters and prophets when they are
around us and spend a lifetime catching up after they have gone. If we constantly renew our perceptions, we would never ever
miss an opportunity to experience the walking masters.
At work too, the Performance of the individuals will not remain the same, it will like constantly flowing like Ganges, day after day
we are acquiring new skills and professional nuances to enhance capabilities to perform better and better. Ordinary people
can become extraordinary people through Superior Performance. One must not have the same perception towards someone
at work every time, and be open to the fact that people would change, improve and do better. Let us treat every day, as our first
day in our life and experience the reality of life and reinforce our purpose of our existence.

SUCCESS TO PEOPLE R Kannan, Accounts, Chennai Email: [email protected]
I have had the fortune of being associated with this
organization for almost two decades now. I recall a wonderful
episode during my early days.
It was during the year 1996, in mid-July when we had
established our facility for TELCO in Bangalore. The work
got started at full swing as we had orders to be delivered
on timelines. But the processes were still under getting
established to provide all the required support for the staff
that were already on board.
It was neither a practice nor a possibility to make salary
payment to the staff for the same month due to technical and
operational constraints. But our management was very clear
decided to disburse salary for the staff by end of the same
month. That time I was in-charge of accounts function and
was finding it very hard to manage with the cash flows and

not near her when she left the world. After this incident it
took years for me to come to terms with it.
Years went by and once God gave me a priceless gift in
the most unexpected manner. I gave birth to a cute angel
on Dec 19th, 11.30 AM in 2009, the same day at the same
time that I lost my beloved aunt. After 8 years I got back
my aunt in the form of my baby girl- Sinuja.
Today I am a proud mother of such a lovely, beautiful,
naughty and a very affectionate kid. I wish to be the best
mom to her in all the possible ways I could, she is the best
thing that has ever happened to me in my life because
she is not only my daughter but also my beloved aunt.
Life is very unpredictable.
paying salaries was certainly next to impossible. I tried
to open a salary account with a bank at Bangalore but in
those days such transactions used to be processed only at
beginning of the month.
Under such circumstances I was called up by our current
Executive Director Mr. S Ravichandran. He told me it was
our first responsibility to take care for the well-being of our
staff. He gave me the required cash and asked me to go to
Bangalore immediately. It was quite risky to carry such an
amount of cash in a public transport, but he encouraged
me and assured to stand by. The very next day we could
disburse the salaries to our staff. This act of commitment
and compassion has left all of them in utter surprise and
ecstasy. None of them had ever thought of this in their
wildest possibilities. They were the members of our first
team and after these many years a lot of them are still with
our organization.
I was moved by this act of leadership, and till today it is
in my memory fresh and alive. These are the values our
organization stands for; our leaders live them and set an
example for each one of us to take it forward. Its matter of
sheer pride to be associated with such people who can be
an inspiration for a lifetime.

EGOSYSTEM V/S ECOSYSTEMPrateekneema, OC, Chennai
Email:[email protected]
Loading...Today human beings are the most evolved species on the
planet and there is a constant urge among all of us to rise
higher and go beyond. It is very nature of our existence and
its good to keep it up every time. One might wonder how
this phenomenon even happens. It comes with our physical
form of existence. It is our very nature which keeps us
surviving in the world. It is the tendency of self-importance
or superiority amongst others, it is EGO.
Our mind has a tendency to perceive almost everything
things in linear form which has led to have hierarchy in our
system. In reality the whole creation, from an atom to the
universe, is spherical in nature. This has been said in the
Vedas centuries ago and discovered by modern science
as well. The world is sustaining on an equillibrium where
in everyone is interdependent on each other for their well-
being, it is an Ecosystem.
In this age of globalization this awareness has emerged
out very well and many of organizations and individuals
are working towards creating a balance in the world.
There might be a question in our mind what can we do
about it?
We need not go all the way around doing something and
making an impact. We can do it right here at our own
workplaces and homes. Most of us must be contributing
towards the same but might not be aware of it a lot. Let us
be bit more aware of ourselves of how do we perceive the
world around us and how do act in the response to it. If
we can observe our own behavior without any prejudice,
we might realize that while in action the tendencies of our
Ego takes us on a ride. We must not blame someone or
for that matter even oneself.
Let us all take this commitment to put a stop on race to be
self-important amongst others. Just like every specimen
is different, humans are also unique in their own nature.
Our life span is too short to prove our uniqueness to 7
billion people and all other creature on plant. It can be a
lot more beautiful if can appreciate uniqueness in others
and live up to our own potential rather than exploiting
others and living up to someone elses expectations.
Also as the most evolved species of this planet we should
be the first one to take charge for a better tomorrow. Isnt
that what evolution is all about?
Lets us celebrate the diversity and create a harmonious
and vibrant world around us!

Why Chess?
Before playing the game of Chess, one need to mentally
prepare one to devote couple of hours in playing and during
which you need to have a focussed mind set. This practice
is also helpful at work place, to have focus on tasks till their
completion. The game urges one to improve oneself in every
step to face the challenges from the opponent and same
way one can develop the habit of handling difficulties and
problems, doing tasks and take them to a logical conclusion.
Chess is like a battlefield between 16 whites against
16 black army men for two players with 64 places
of opportunities. The player playing White has the
advantage of making the first move and the opponent
playing Black has the opportunity observe and respond
to every move.
I will write about offensive and defensive method of playing
in my next article. Meanwhile go ahead, learn about the game
and make your- FIRST MOVE.
LITTLE PLEASURES!H.Gopinath, IPWH, ChennaiEmail: [email protected]
It rained again after work, and to escape from getting wet, we were running towards a Nairs Chai Shop. With a hot
coffee in my hands, I stood there watching the rain and the prettiness of the monsoon. The childhood memories of
playing in the rain water, making paper boats, wearing raincoats and gumboots and enjoying the rains thoroughly
brought goose bumps or it could have been due to the chills. I couldnt stop myself from noticing a strange thing-
everyone who were escaping the rain, had their hands covering their pockets or their bags. I couldnt help but notice
that I too had my other hand protecting my pocket.
In the past we used to protect our head from the rain but now we have transformed to protecting our pockets, our cell
phones to be precise. What if our heads arent protected? We will catch a cold and a little money would be spent on
medicines. Who visits a doctor for common cold?! But, we cant let our smart, 40k worth phone catch cold, can we?

This is about a very interesting board game that I am
passionate to play -CHESS. Inspired by the Kasparov Karpov
battle in 1988, I joined in TAL Club (Russian embassy) and
started playing with different people of different ages. Lost
almost all the games but every time I lose, I have gained some
knowledge from the opponent. Initially it was a bit tiring and
I have lost interest for a few of months, but when I realised
that I have gained some knowledge on losing certain games,
then it interested me much more. This learning helped me to
win the college championship for two years. During that time
I almost played more than 50 games with different members
to enter into the finals which gave me a lot of confidence. In
TVSLSL last two years I could reach up-to final and every time
it was a learning experience.
These days there are not many takers for this game, as
they dont want to sit for long and think for hours and
hours on it. This is an ancient game; even many emperors
used to give their valuable time to play it keeping aside
many other things. This means there must be something
very special about it; I am sharing some of my own
experiences which might be helpful for people to get an
interest to play this amazing game.

These cell phones have changed many things. We stopped using
our wrist watches; no matter how costly it is or what brand it
is, to see the time. Wrist watches have become just another
accessory. Alarm clocks are the next sensitive endangered
species after tigers. Cell phones have replaced them too. The
efficiency of automatic alarm, personalized messages along
with the alarm and easy snooze options have been important
reasons for the extinction of the alarm clock. The reasoning is
why bother buying another device, while we can use the same
cell phones too? The evening gossips that our grandparents had
when they were young, the galli cricket and pandi aatam (game
that is played down-south mostly by young girls) are replaced by
cell phones, laptops and tablets. The gossips are no longer a get
together, but a WhatsApp group. Even a small game, like chess
that includes two players, has become online, where we prefer
to play with a computer instead of a real person.
And, the list of things that are replaced by cell phones doesnt
end here. I cannot disagree with the fact that this media
convergence has made our life simpler and easier. We dont have
to go to a store to buy stuff, we can easily order them online on
our smart phones and get it delivered at our doorsteps; we no longer have to stand in the never moving queues for movie or
rail tickets, we have e-commerce helping us there, we no longer need to rush from our office or schools for our TV shows, we
can youtube them; searching for old books and sneezing throughout the process has now become google-ing Life has really
become simple after smart phones. But isnt it taking away the little pleasures that defines life?

AMMA,MA,MOM,MUMMY,MOMMY the first word any child utters.A.R. Lavanya, HR, ChennaiEmail: [email protected]
I realised this and importance of my mother only after
I gave birth to my son. Started worshipping my mother
since then, I bow to her for all the sacrifices she made
for me. I truly, madly, deeply adore her and nothing can
replace my mother's love and her love has always been
in abundance. When I was a child she gave care and
affection, in my teens she was my best friend, in selecting
my life partner she has been my guide, and now to bring
up my child she is my mentor. She is the person I always
look up to and she has been my driving force in every
aspect of my life.
She keeps herself calm and cool despite all small and silly
fights we have she is the first one to compromise. She never
vents out her anger to anyone and never talks behind the
back of anyone, all together a great human being to live with.
I am very proud to be a daughter to her. May god bless this
impeccable woman with strength, health and happiness in
the years to come.
