REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT:

Healthcare for the Homeless (2008 - 2009) � Office Building � Baltimore, MD

56,000 SF Office Building (LEED-NC Gold Rating). Interacted with client to develop a 3D digital model during

schematic design & design development phases. Responsible for generating wall sections and tagging floor

plans as well as elevations during construction documents.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT:

Rutgers Hillel (2008 - 2009) � Institutional Building � New Brunswick, NJ

Participated in design of 37,000 SF, $ 15 Million Student Center for Jewish Life at Rutgers University.

Responsibilities included creating 3D digital model with walkthrough for client fundraiser, as well as laying out

interior spaces during construction documents phase.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT:

1514 Reisterstown Road (2007) � Retail Building � Pikesville, MD

Served as primary coordinator for a 4,000 SF Retail Building in Reisterstown, MD. Interacted regularly with

the client and consultants from conceptual stages of design through project completion.

Shoal Creek Shopping Center (2007 - 2008) � Retail Center � Cambridge, MD

60, 000 SF Commercial shopping center renovation in Cambridge, MD. Served as the primary coordinator for

the 14, 000 SF Walgreens and various retail tenants on the premises. Attended project meetings, coordinated

with consultants and interacted with the client on a daily basis.
