Buying a home and moving is an exciting experience. Stress levels and emotions can run high even if you do your preparation well. A good real estate agent can allay some of the stress. We all know that the main task of a real estate agent is to represent the seller and to achieve the best price for the seller, however, looking at it from the buyer’s point of view the first thing a buyer notices, besides the property, is the behaviour of the agent. In a way the agent reflects on the house, the seller, the street and the neighbourhood. It’s important that the agent treats the buyer with respect. Karan Bambacas of Highland Property Agents did this very well with her friendly manner and enthusiasm. I found Karan very easy to deal with, as she is always cheerful, communicative and informative. She answered all my questions seriously and thoroughly, leaving me feeling positive about the property. Karan tried hard to arrange appointments so that they suited me as much as the seller and it was not a problem for her to rearrange an inspection time when a change was needed by me. When negotiations took place she did this courteously which helped in making my decision to buy. It was lovely to deal with someone so polite and professional at all times.
