The term bioinformative medicine was formed by Dr. Wolfgang Ludwig. It belongs to the modern naturopathic treatments and stands for a complex and discrete style of testing and treating.

The “C” stands for a completely new system communication via PC / Laptop. The new C-Generation comes with an USB-connection, which allows the control of the device and brings an additionaldata-management with the software AMScomsystem.

The well-tried bipolar symmetrical input and the USB-connection offer the possibility to transfer and store bio-information (homeo-pathic substrates, bach flower remedies, nosodes etc.) – analogue and (!) digitally. An innovation, which are based on the cognition of Dr. rer. nat. W. LUDWIG, Institute for Biophysics, Tauberbischofsheim, Germany which can be used for testing and therapy. The chart on page 6/7 gives you an overview how the effective configuration of the devices collude as one system..

How does all this work?MEDISEND®super III works on the basis of weak, quickly-changing electromagnetic fields in the low and high frequency ranges (depending on the applicator in harmonics up to 10 MHz).It is equipped with two frequency generators (FA and FB) and two magnetic outputs. WAVE TRANSFER CTransmission and duplication ofbioinformation. Analogue or digital?

Digitize bioinformation* with the AMScomsystem - and that in the highest „CD-Quality“! (Bioinformation can be: homeopathic substances, bach flower remedies, nosodes etc.)

With the new WAVE TRANSFER C and the control software AMScomsystem you can digitize any substrate oscillation and store it as a so-called BIOWAVE on the hard drive of your PC and that in the highest „CD-quality“!

And by a mouse-click you can modulate and tranfer the stored BIO-WAVEs onto the magnetic field of the MEDISEND®super C,MEDISEND®super III (e. g. for testing purposes) At AMS GmbH you get „Everything in a single system“!

Of cause the new WAVE TRANSFER C can do everything that the WAVE TRANSFER, which has proved itself for years in practice, also can: You can simply transfer any frequency spectra of bio-information analogue and duplicate it. (incl. amplification and inversion!)

We guarantee very simple handling and installation!

You connect the WAVE TRANSFER C to your PC with the USB-cable supplied, install our AMScomsystem software (available as option) - and off you go!In the INPUT you have the substrate that you want to transmit or store. In the OUTPUT you place, for example, an ampoule containing a watery substance onto which the frequency spectrum of the substrate in question is to be transferred and / or you trans-mit and digitally store it in your PC using the AMScomsystemsoftware.

You can then superimpose the digitized BIOWAVEs directly onto the pulsating magnetic field of the MEDISEND®super III or MEDISEND®super C using the AMScomsystem (available as option). Furthermore, the WAVE TRANSFER C is equipped with a “PD“ connection (pocket device). The new METRONOM C should be connected here. In contrast to the tried and tested METRONOM solar, it is equipped with an additional storage location for BIO-WAVEs which can be switched on or off by the user as needed.

Performance characteristicsA sound-blaster circuit was specially developed and is already built in. The spectra are digitized with a resolution of 16 bits and a sampling frequency of 44.1 kHz. The BIOWAVEs are reproduced by the “loop” technique with integrated fade algorithms! The data thus attains “CD quality“! The coded frequency spectra are stored as so-called WAVE data. These are not compressed (approx. 1.3 MB) and can be freely copied. This enables an exchange per E-Mail.

1. GeneralThe following general conditions of business apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services.Provisions of the contract partner that deviate from our business conditions are hereby expressly contradicted. All ancillary agreements must be confirmed in writing by us.The AMS GmbH - Advanced Medical Systems (hereafter referred to as “AMS”) is entitled to change or augment these general business conditions including all applicable supplementary documents, at any time after observing a suitable period of notice. Orders received prior to these changes will be processed according to the previously valid general business conditions.

2. QuotationOur quotations are non-binding offers. Small variations and technical changes to our illustrations or specifications are possible. Each catalogue loses its validity when a new issue is produced.

3. Delivery and paymentThe delivery and payment conditions of AMS are described in more detail on the order form.There are no minimum ordering quantities. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries should this appear to be advantageous for quick processing of the order. Special ways of shipping requested by the customer will be invoiced at the prevailing local surcharge.

4. Delivery timesGoods which are in stock (we accept no responsibility for transport problems) will be shipped within a max. of 7 days. Should the goods not be available from stock, we will do our best to deliver as soon as possible. Should the reason for not keeping a delivery or service deadline be beyond our control due, for example, due to an act of God, strike or lockout or other unforeseen obstacle, then the shipping date will be extended correspondingly. In the case of failure to meet the delivery date for reasons other than those mentioned above the customer is entitled to set an appropriate additional period coupled with a threat of rejection in writing and after the unsuccessful expiration of the latter to withdraw from the specific items in the contract or the complete contract. Should the impossibility of performance be caused by the incapability of the manufacturer or our supplier, then both the customer and we are entitled to withdraw from the contract provided that the agreed delivery date has been exceeded by more than 2 months.Claims for compensation for costs caused by the delay, impossibility and/or inability to fulfill as well as those arising during the period up to the withdrawal from the contract are excluded provided that an authorized representative of the AMS company has not acted with intentional or gross negligence.

5. Right to return goodsWe guarantee the right to return unused goods within 14 days. This can be complied with by returning the goods in good time (from date of invoice). We only accept the return of goods that are post paid. Furthermore, we have extended the right to return products with the article-no’ s. 101-106 to 90 days. The right to return goods does not apply to products with reduced price or during special sales promotions

6. Transfer of riskThe risk is passed to the customer when the goods are dispatched by AMS.

7. Guarantee and liabilityAMS guarantees that the goods are free from material and manufacturing faults at the time of transfer of risk to the customer and have the technical characteristics guaranteed in the contract. On receipt of the goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to examine them for defects and general condition immediately.In the case of obvious defects, these must be reported to us in writing within 10 days after discovery; the same applies to concealed defects.Failure to do this will result in the guarantee being invalidated for these defects. The guarantee period is 2 years from the date of delivery. In case of complaints, the date of purchase must be substantiated with an invoice. The article, which is the cause of the complaint together with a copy of the invoice, must be returned post paid to us.The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear.The guarantee becomes invalid when the customer modifies the goods supplied.During the guarantee period, AMS is entitled to make improvements without charge. A partial or complete exchange of the article is also permissible.Should defects not be corrected within an appropriate period, then the purchaser has the right to rescission or price reduction. Paragraph § 476a of the BGB (German Code of Civil Law) is applicable here.

8. Exclusion of liabilityThe use of the products offered is at the risk of the purchaser. The products do not replace the examination by a doctor or non-medical practitioner in any way. A therapist should be consulted before using the products.

9. Reservation of ownershipThe goods remain the property of the AMS Company until they are fully paid for.

10. Data securityWe hereby inform you that in accordance with paragraph § 28 of the German Data Security Law (BDSG), the processing of an order involves the storing and handling of the necessary data in EDP equipment in line with paragraph § 33 (BDSG). Of course, personal data will be treated confidentially and not made available to a third party.

11. Applicable jurisdictionIn the case of litigation, German law with the exclusion of the UN purchasing rights is applicable even when the order comes from abroad or the goods are delivered abroad.

What are bioinformation?

We differ from exogenous and endogenous bioinformation as well as from artificially produced (e.g. Schumann-frequency-spectrum) and natural bioinformation (e.g. homeopathics, phyto-therapeutics, nosodes).

With the help of bioinformation you can test and amend the specific regulation-ability of the organism through activating the cell-regulation and therewith the self-healing-powers.

Considered biophysically bioinformation are electromagnetic alternating fields. They have the function of a wireless in-formation network and generate structures, establish order, steer and regulate all life processes.

How does Bioinformative Medicine work?

The bioinformative medicine functions on the basis of natural and artificially generated electromagnetic alternating fields (that is: frequency-spectra).

Living things are in a „meta-stable balance“; a condition between rigor and chaos. If „ill“, this condtion is disturbed. If the organisation, form and function, respectively the course of action of the cells in the meaning of „health“, should be changed positively, an adequate adaption is necessary.
