Walking noise reduction/Gehschallreduzierung Walking noise refers to the noises which are audible within the room. The unpleasant click click effect can be greatly reduced by the correct product selection, depending on the material used the walking noise can be reduced by up to 46.8% in the room. Gehschall bezieht sich auf die Gerusche, die innerhalb des Raumes vernommen werden. Der unangenehme Klack-Klack-Effekt kann durch die richtige Produktauswahl stark reduziert werden, je nach Material kann der Gehschall im Raum bis zu 46,8 % reduziert werden.

Impact sound insulation/Trittschalldmmung Impact sound describes the sounds that are heard in rooms below or adjacent. Depending on the material design of the underlay they can be minimised by up to 22dB. Trittschall beschreibt die Gerusche, die in unten liegenden oder angrenzenden Rumen wahrgenommen werden. Je nach Materialdesign der Unterlage knnen diese bis zu 22 dB minimiert werden.

Suitable for uneven floor/Geeignet fr unebene Bden This is an issue especially when renovating older rooms. Simply level out slightly uneven floors with the right add2 parquet underlay. Moisture protection/Feuchteschutz In the case of mineral subfloors, flooring manufacturers stipulate the installation of a vapour barrier (PE foil). When using add2 products with an inbuilt vapour barrier you can do without the foil. Bei mineralischen Untergrnden schreiben Oberbodenhersteller den Einbau einer Dampfbremse (PE Folie) vor. Bei add2-Produkten mit eingebauter Dampfbremse knnen Sie auf die Folie verzichten.

Heat insulation/Wrmedmmung At times in which resources need to be conserved the heat insulation represents a decisive requirement. In addition the comfort of floors that are not heated and nevertheless warm under foot due to ideal insulation is also an important aspect. In Zeiten der Ressourcenschonung stellt die Wrmedmmung eine entscheidende Anforderung dar. Darber hinaus ist auch der Komfort nicht beheizter und dennoch durch optimale Dmmung fuwarmer Bden ein wichtiger Aspekt.

Loading capacity/Belastbarkeit Sufficient pressure stability of the underlay is very important particularly when laying Click laminate floors. Underfloor Heating/Fubodenheizung For this purpose of use the heat permeability of the underlay is decisive. Very hard-duty high-tech acoustic mat with outstanding properties in every respect / in all areas. Material: highly mineral filled polymers. This insulation panel is made from wood fibres and is especially suitable for thermal insulation. But is unsuitable for rooms with underfloor heating. Because of its high wood content, a PE foil must be laid underneath it for moisture protection.

The 2 mm thick PE foam is the most cost effective option. It has medium impact noise insulation and thermal insulation properties. The disadvantage is its low density and corresponding compression resistance. Because it is so thin, the 2 mm foam underlay is ideal for use in renovation projects.

PE sheet must be used as a damp barrier especially when laying flooring on new subsurfaces (residual damp) and where there are large temperature differences with the rooms below. It prevents rising damp from damaging the laminate flooring.

The classic MDF skirting board, 22 mm deep, covers the floors expansion joint optimally. It can be installed using the mounting clips and is covered with wood-look film.

Mouldings for K40 skirting boards are simply placed on the ends of the skirting boards and are available in colours to match the wood-effect finish. It is possible to lay cables behind the cornerpieces.

Rich special cleaner developed to cleanand care for all laminate floorings.Ithelps prevent water penetrating cracks in the flooring and, in contrast to conventional parquet cleaning materials, does not leave behind any film which often attracts dirt. It doesnt leave any deposits and improves the air in the room. We also recommend spot remover to remove stubborn stains on laminate floorings.
