Achievements during 1st & 2nd mou

• WINISIS Trainings conducted by Sabah State Library and UMS in 2002.

• Publication of k@Borneo Bibliography: on Selected Monograph in 2003. This project was funded by Japanese Foundation.

• First k@Borneo Website by Pustaka Negeri Sawarak, hosted underPustaka website in 2003. Pustaka also created the k@Borneo GoogleGroup.

• First digitization training organized at Pustaka Negeri Sawarak in 2004.

• Digitization workshop organized by Yayasan Sabah Library in KotaKinabalu, Sabah in 2006.

• Filing of IP for k@Borneo’s logo in 2009

• Development of k@Borneo Portal in 2009. The project was funded byMinistry of Science, Technology & Innovation Malaysia (MOSTI) throughthe Yayasan Sabah Group (ICSB).

Achievements during 3rd & 4th MOC• Filing of IP for k@Borneo’s portal logo in 2010

• Launching of k@Borneo Portal in April 2010. (International Conference &International Exhibition on Borneo was also held during the event).

• WINISIS training facilitated by Malaysia National Library & conducted at SSL inApril 2010.

• Participated in the Malaysia Innovation Carnival Exhibition for Sabah region atUMS on 29 May 2010.

• Compilation of k@Borneo Bibliography Selected Thesies on Borneo. Thebibliography was launched on April 9, 2013 in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan SelatanThe project was funded by Sabah State Library.

• The establishment of k@Borneo Society in February 2012 as the future strategicmarketing vehicle for k@Borneo.

• Establishment of k@Borneo One-Stop-Centre Local Borneo Community Contents.The project is funded by Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation Malaysia(MOSTI) under Community Innofund through the k@Borneo Society. Theobjective of the project to include the enhancement & development of existingk@Borneo Portal.

• In May 2013, k@Borneo Society received funding from the Sabah StateGovernment to assist k@Borneo to identify and to digitize additional Borneocontents from Sabah, Sarawak and Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah andKalimantan Selatan.
