3. Mademultiplemistakesandwouldliketostartover

ADeletethisAssessmentoptionisavailableatthetopoftheassessmentscreen.Thisactioncannotbeundone.Oncedeleted,

thedatabasewillcleartheassessmentfromthechild’srecord.
