Kitchen Essentials® smoked Atlantic salmon is ready to eat and requires no trimming (100% yield). Each tray is 715 g, and has been divided into 2 equivalent sections using poly bags.

Smoked salmon lends itself to use in sandwiches, salads, omelettes, pastas, buffets or as an ingredient. All natural ingredients (Atlantic Salmon, Salt, Sugar and natural hardwood smoke) make this not only a delicious addition to your menu, but nutritional as well. Salmon is high in protein and is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Preparation Instructions: Keep the product frozen prior to use. Simply thaw overnight in a refrigerator or immerse in cold water for 1 hour. Once fully thawed, please keep the product refrigerated and serve within 4 days.
