Residential Waste Drop-Off Services Dallas residents can bring materials like electronics (for recycling), construction debris, and dirt to the McCommas Bluff Landfill (5100 Youngblood Rd.) or one of these transfer stations: Southwest: 4610 S. Westmoreland Rd., Northwest: 9500 Harry Hines Blvd., Northeast: 7677 Fair Oaks. Passenger tires (25 inches or less) can be taken to the Landfill and any transfer station. Please limit to 6 per year per Dallas resident. A current Texas driver’s license and utility bill stub are required to prove that you live in Dallas.
