Description KELMAR® T.E. System is engineered to meet the various traffic abrasion needs which exist within a parking garage environment. KELMAR® T.E. System is a rapid curing, high-solids epoxy protective coating systemproven history of performance. The KELMARSystem consists of a primer coat, a waterproofing membrane and an abrasion-resistant coal tar epoxy traffic-bearing wear course, which is seeded with aggregate for wear and skid resistance. An optional protective top coat is also available. The KELMARSystem maintains skid resistance throughout a long service life. The KELMAR® T.E. System meets all requirements of ASTM C957 – Elastomeric Waterproofing Traffic Bearing Membrane.
Components 1. KELMAR® MONOBOND Resin and Hardener
(Mix 1:1) OR KELMAR® DUALOX Resin and Hardener (Mix 1:1:1water)
2. KELMAR® NEO V, single component3. KELMAR® T.E. Resin and Hardener (Mix 1:1)4. KELMAR® 1910 UV Coating, single
component
Typical Uses Parking garages Areas requiring abrasion resistance
with waterproofing needs Loading docks
Features Passes ASTM C957-15 Testing Prevents chloride ion penetration Bonded, elastic membrane High traction skid-resistant wear course Highly resistant to chemicals & corrosion Easily recoated Flame Spread (ASTM E84) – Class A
