Current State • Two stand alone facilities -

without renewal, the existing facilities would not last for the next generation.

Proposed Actions

• KTHR, the MOH and the Kelvington and area steering committee agree to pursue a project to add the hospital and primary health care clinic to the existing LTC, with renovations to LTC

• Project is approved for a Lean 3P process for March 2013
