KEMTRON 200HD2™The KEMTRON 200HD2 fluid recycling and mixing unit was designed to provide an economical alternative to traditional fluid mixing and vacuum trucks. Environmental pressures, dumping costs and down time while waiting on fresh water or vacuum truck turnaround, have made the KEMTRON 200HD2 an invaluable asset.

Fluid is pumped, using a submersible pump, directly to the bottom deck of the double deck shaker, acting as a scalping cut The solids are discarded off the rear and the fluid passes thru the screen into the first compartment of the tank. The desilter pump transfers fluid from the first tank compartment into the hydrocyclone manifold.

The desilter underflow goes over the top deck of the shaker where the solids are discarded off the rear and fluid is collected in first compartment of the tank. The clean fluid (overflow) flows into a splitter box capable of directing the fluid into the clean tank or back to the dirty tank for continous recycling. The transfer pump delivers the fluid from the clean tank back to the rig.

All pumps and shaker have manual start and stop buttons on the control panel. The mud gun operates from the desilter pump. The KEMTRON 200HD2 comes standard with a 1,000 gallon (3,407 liters) tank and allows rig operators to prepare up to 1,000 gallons of fluid.

Options (Upgrade Packages)

Upgrade to Ceramic 4" Desilter Hydrocyclones - add ceramic inserts to cones for improved life and performance.

Add High / Low Level Alarm Sensors - provides audible indications of when tank levels are too high or too low relative to tank volume or pump suction.

Add a ‘Car Hauler’ Trailer - add a 10,000 lb rated trailer capable of being pulled by a standard pick-up truck hitch.

Add a Submersible Feed Pump (180 gpm) - Add a 5 hp feed pump to the system to deliver fluids to the recycling system.

Hydraulic system conversion with a hydraulic power unit with an ability to provide 40-gpm of hydraulic capacity at 2,000 psi - Provides for local hydraulic power for the shaker, trash pump and all pumps with an on-board diesel tank. All vibrator and pump motors will be converted to hydraulic.

Add a Tier III 20 kW Diesel Generator Package - Provides for local electrical power for the shaker and all pumps with an on-board diesel tank.

*Maximum flow rate is dependent on the configuration, number, and size of hydrocyclones used.
