Investment Procedure

Enroll with the KRP.

Developing an Investment Policy Statement (IPS)  Objectives and constraints

Signing the Fund Management Agreement between KICL & the client

Open a CDS account with any stock brokering firm.

Management Fee

KICL’s Annual Management fee will be as follows: 2% during the first year 1% in subsequent years

Fees will be based on the Total Asset Value as at the invoice date.

Clients will be invoiced Quarterly.
