SITUATION The property conveniently located with access off the A394, the main road running between Penzance to Helston. There are good local facilities and services in the nearby villages of Rosudgeon, Goldsithney, Ashton and Germoe including primary schools, Post Offices, public houses, local shops and garages etc. Further amenities are widely available in the harbour town of Penzance with a main line railway station and services to London Paddington, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, hospital, schools and links to the Isles of Scilly. The former market town of Helston also had a good range of services, is home to RNAS Culdrose Naval base and hosts the annual Flora Day Furry Dance, a hugely popular local event. The property is in a popular semi-rural location within easy reach of the nearby sandy beaches at Praa Sands, Kenneggy and Perranuthnoe. There are superb walks in the locality, along the stunning South Cornish Coast Path and over Tregonning and Tresowes Hills etc. THE PROPERTY The Chapel is nicely set back from the road and is approached through a stone walled entrance splay leading into an area to the front of the property which has got a central drive and path leading up to the Chapel, with grass on either side. The front garden/parking area is bounded by stone walls and hedges on both sides.

The Chapel comprises a substantial two story granite stone building under a pitch roof with carved date stone of 1841. The Chapel was last used for worship in September 2017 and no longer has a use to the local community. The ground floor comprises a Sunday School/meeting room with some ancillary rooms to the rear and on the first floor is the Chapel with organ and pews in situ.

The Chapel is approached over a recessed entrance splay with curved granite walls and hard surfaced drive through the garden/parking area which is bordered by stone walls and hedges. There is path to the right hand side bordered by a wide hedge leading to a side extension which was a former outside toilet, now redundant.
