Pursuant to a requirement of Rule 25, Rules and Regulations for the government of the Construction and filing of Tariffs (effective ), I hereby certify that I am President of the Hazard Gas Company, Inc. public utility furnishing natural gas service within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, which on 27th day of July 1954, issued Tariff P.S.C. No. ,

cancelling Tariff P.S.C. Kentucky No. , to become effective August 1, 1954, and that notice to the public of the issuing of the same is being given in all respects as required by Rule 23 of said Rules and Regulations, as follows:

On the 1st day August 1954, the same was exhibited for public inspection at the officers and places of business of the Company in the terri tory affected thereby, to_-wi t, at the · following places: Hazard, Lothair, Walkertown, and general circulation of the newspapers and radio.

and that the same will be kept open to public inspection at said offices and places of business in conformity to the requirements of Rule 23, 24, and 37, of said Rules and Regulations. •

I further certify that the proposed changes in tariff of said utility will not result in an increase in the rates or charges of any company customer, other than that granted by the Public Service Commission in order dated July 27, 1954.
