The Polycom RealPresence App is extremely user friendly. We suggest that after you download & install the app, you should navigate through the menus and functions multiple times. This will ensure you have the best experience possible when participating in a video tele-conference. We also encourage that you contact us to schedule a full end to end test. This will be a video tele-conference between you and one of our staff members.
