SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND UNSERVICEABLE STORES

Tenders are invited for the purchase of motor vehicles and unserviceable stores at KMTC constituent colleges situated in Nairobi, Port Reitz, Kabarnet, Lodwar, Eldoret, Lake Victoria, Siaya, Kapkatet, Mombasa, Homabay, Kilifi, Maanza, Kitui, Kisii and Nakuru. Tender documents containing the list of vehicles and unserviceable stores may be obtained from KMTC Administration Block, first floor, procurement office Nairobi, or from the Principals of the above stated Campuses upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.500/= per set of documents, payable to the Director, Kenya Medical Training College, Nairobi, or you may download from KMTC website www.kmtc.ac.ke or http://supplier.treasury.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download documents from the website should register their tenders at KMTC HQRS procurement office. All the vehicles and stores will be sold on “As-is-Where-is-Basis” and the successful tenderers will be expected to pay and collect the items within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification, failure to which they will lose the offer. Prospective bidders are advised to view the vehicles or stores during normal working hours in the respective colleges. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, marked Tender No. KMTC/13/2017–2018 “Sale of Motor Vehicles and Unserviceable Stores” should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Entrance of Administration Block of KMTC Headquarters and addressed to:-
