What worked or went well?: Tranisitions between workshops, and execution of caucusing and

opening/closing ceremonies

What would you do differently?: Promote the college tours more or do a later registration time

(many students lingered in the breezeway for a while before lunch and opening session

began), allow more time for LTGs to hold a DCM and practice caucuisng, become familiar with

presentation equipment before using it
