Harris finished installing storm drain and grading at southwest and backfilling the last section of foundation at the main entry. Dawson finished constructing footings; continued corbels and stepped foundation in northwest (Phase 3), continued erecting metal wall panels, insulating and sheathing exterior walls, provided excavation and backfill support for electrical and plumbing trenching below slab, and continued preparations to install slab on grade on the east side. Swanson erected the remaining structural steel and joists, bolted and welded connections, and continued laying and welding metal roof decking. Megawatt continued installing temporary construction power, under-slab conduit for power and telecom and grounding cable on the east side. Mantech continued installing and testing under-slab pipe for roof drains, waste and vent lines. Interior Alaska Roofing continued installing substrate and EPDM membrane at the Gym and the lower roof south of the Gym. EMC provided special inspections for civil and structural work, and for backfilling of City utilities as needed.
