Keyboard Stud s at
We s Cathedral Speciali Music School
We are one of the four specialist music schools in England that are part of the government’s Music and Dance Scheme (MDS) for talented young musicians. However, we are different from the other three schools because we are the only specialist music school that is part of a proper day and boarding school. We believe that talented children should not be isolated from children with other interests, and conservatoire feedback suggests that our pupils cope extremely well with the challenges found in a high-level music
environment as a result. One of the oldest schools in Europe, we are located in an idyllic setting in the Mendip Hills. Our school attracts pupils from across the world, and our keyboard department enjoys an international reputation as a centre of excellence.
