Andrew Williams DIRECTOR

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical (Hons) from Central Queensland University. Upon graduating, Andrew relocated to Mackay with G&S Engineering Services within the Anglo Alliance responsible for all wash plant, shovel and dragline maintenance and shutdown contracts. After several years Andrew joined the construction division working on dragline tub builds and the Hay Point (HPX3) Expansion. In addition to these roles, Andrew spent time working within the estimating and pre-contracts divisions, and completed post graduate studies in project and program management. Soon after the expansion of Keystone Engineering Services in Mackay, Andrew joined Craig on the Grosvenor/Moranbah North Mine Expansion project as a package manager delivering structural, mechanical and piping scopes across both greenfield and brownfield sites. Andrew specialises in project management, project controls and scheduling, and in particular mechanical and structural systems for heavy engineering for draglines and shovels, as well as all facets of materials handling within wash plants, conveyor systems, stackers and reclaiming systems.

Craig Heath DIRECTOR

Since 2003 Keystone Engineering has grown and developed substantially. Craig was one of the first employees while studying for, and gaining a Bachelor of Engineering – Mechatronics (Hons) from Queensland University of Technology. He worked within the company in the fabrication shop and as an engineer before moving to London to work on various construction projects including infrastructure for the Olympic Games. Returning to Mackay, Craig worked on several construction and maintenance projects within the Bowen Basin most notably the Grosvenor/ Moranbah North Expansion, Broadmeadows Sustaining Operations Project, South Walker Creek CHPP Project, and the Dawson Mine Flood Immunity Projects. He gained employment for the likes of G&S Engineering, Downer EDi Engineering, Keystone Engineering and Mainteck Pty Ltd in various engineering and senior management positions. He then established Keystone Engineering Services alongside Keystone Engineering to focus on site services offered to the mining, port, sugar, council and power industries. Craig specialises in project management, site supervision and in particular piping systems, having completed post graduate studies in project and program management along with various specialised piping certifications.
