riyanka Panda is an ASM in Hyderabad city, the first woman ASM in Andhra Pradesh TT. Equipped with an engineering degree and MBA finance from PXIMB, she joined HCCBPL as a management trainee in 2011, handled teen
recruitment channel for an year before moving onto her present role.
It must be really working, for she has been consistently topping the operations score-card for the last 11 months. Not to forget her passion for brand Coke (the focus, billing drive etc- she sold about a 500 cases in 1 outlet in 1 week in May this year)!
In her free time, she loves painting, singing, dancing and partying. The ear-rings she makes are a rage amongst the woman folk of HCCBPL.

The experiment of 200ml @ Rs.5/- was written off as ‘consigned to history’, thanks to the transportation & packaging costs, but here we go again..experimenting to break the critical ‘tea barrier’, trying to wean away customers from tea/coffee (priced at three to four rupees) to Coke.
We have started 2 splash bar kiosks, one at Tirupati bus stand and the other at Tiruchanur temple. The set up contains a splash bar machine that dispenses 125ml in cups @ Rs.5/- and best in class activation.
We are happy to share that we are selling about 50 cases of 2.25l Coca-Cola through these 2 kiosks in a month.
