Dear applicant,

It is my great pleasure to open faci applications for a conference that has a very special place in my heart. Kick Off was my first international faci experience that developed my skills beyond expected and enriched my life with wonderful and inspiring people.

I believe that each of you would be a valuable asset for this conference, and being a Conference manager for Kick Off was a dream come true, and in this dream I want to work with motivated, experienced, funny and dedicated facis ever.

Dear applicant,

I’m very excited to open this application for one of the best and most incredible conferences in AIESEC in Switzerland.

I truly hope that you will join our conference family and will be a part of amazing experience both for our delegates and for your own AIESEC path.

Help us make this conference unforgettable, enjoy communicating with other bright individuals and challenge yourself to be the best faci!

I welcome you in your decision to apply for the faci of Kick Off 2015 and make a ‘final lap’ together with this unique entity!

• Kick Off 2015 Conference will take place in Fiesch from 26th till 29th of March 2015.

• It’s one of our national conferences hosting about 300-350 national and international delegates

• Topic of the conference is the “Final Lap”

• Our conference/faci team will include around 25 people.

• Kick Off 2015 will include 3 tracks:

EB track is for around 50 VPs and LCPs where strategic functional topic will be covered

Team Leaders’ track for around 170 delegates where experienced members will get to know more about management, leading a team or a project etc.

Newies track for around 50 new members that will give them insights into organisation, processes and drive them to take up leadership positions.

AIESEC in Switzerland:

Covers fee of the conference,

Provides food during pre-meeting

Covers transportation from pre-meeting office to the conference venue and back

Requirements:

Attendance of pre and post meetings are obligatory Experience in Facilitation is required Dedication of time for preparation of sessions and sticking to the deadlines For international facilitators at least LC VP experience is mandatory

Applications Closed – 20.02.2015 23:59 GMT+1

Faci selection/interviews – 21.02-22.02

Faci announcement – 23.02.2015

Physical pre-meeting starts – 21.03.2015

Post-meeting – 29-30.03.2015

• Please, upload video on Youtube and send us the link within the application package as a separate pdf document.

• Please be available on one of the days from 03 till 05th of February for interview

• Please name the application package as following: name_surname_kickoff2015

• Incomplete applications (without video or with omitted questions) will not be considered!

• You can design your application in whichever way you like.

• Please, don’t exceed 8 pages!

6. What kind of hard (functional) and soft skills do you feel comfortable to train?

7. Do you have an experience to increase the motivation level of your colleagues, team members,

etc.? If yes, what were the key success factors/techniques you used?
