Dear Candidate,

First of all, let me congratulate you for stepping up and making this bold decision to apply for OC for the most awaited conference of the term in AIESEC in Morocco. Kick Off ’16 is the conference you do not want to miss, and being an OC is a very constructive experience that will teach you a lot and help you develop in different areas. It is the most anticipated conference by all the entities, and that is why it requires highly motivated and innovative individuals to make this conference happen!

Before filling in the application, I highly suggest you to read the Job Descriptions and look out for everything you need to know about the position you are applying for. If you have any question, do not hesitate to approach me directly.

Application Guidelines• Application questionnaire is available in this web form: http://goo.gl/forms/

1Hyg1eap3e • Applications are open to anyone who has an active role in AIESEC in Morocco

(including Alumni). • All the questions must be answered in English and in a concise and clear way.

The deadline to submit your application is Friday, February the 19th, 2016 at 11 PM*

*Late applications, even with 1 minute delay will not be accepted.

OC Structure

Job Description

•Design clear Timeline and Planing for the conference

•Hold and attend regular meetings with the teams.

•In charge of the sales to find and book an appropriate venue with all the specifications ( Location, Materials needed, ...)

•Managing & Support all logistical needs of the Conference and Morocco YouthSpeak Forum including venue, accommodation, food, drinks, transport, technical facilities, allocation of rooms etc

•In charge of Transportation

•Design a theme of the parties

•Parties Management

•Sponsors and Partners Management •YouthSpeak Forum management and logistics.

OCVP Logistics and Special Events

Job Description

•Hold and attend regular meetings with teams •Ensuring all the communication and manage relations with delegates before,

during and after the conference. •Creation of Delegates Mailer (1st & 2nd booklets with appropriate information

for the conference) •In charge of check in and out of delegates, MC, Externals, Facilitators and OC

team •Maintain delegate help desk during the conference; provide assistance to

delegates and being aware of all relevant information •Responsible for keeping a database of delegates. •Responsible for sending and receiving delegates Application Forms.

OCVP Delegates Experience

Job Description

•Hold and attend regular meetings with teams •Development and implementation of Communication Plan (Internal and

External). •Ensuring brand alignment •Virtual Event promotion & Management of online communication channels

(Facebook, youtube, conference website ... etc) •Presentations & video making for external communication of the event •Marketing tools design •IM report •Ensuring the online and offline coverage of the conference and YouthSpeak

Forum •Designing promotional materials •Ensuring the media presence of the conference and YouthSpeak Forum

OCVP Communication

Job Description

•Hold and Attend regular meetings with the teams •Work together with their respective OCVPs •Ensure the implementation of the OCVPs Directions •Be aligned with the OC team vision. •Respect Deadlines of delivery
