Decision of Canada's National Parole Board January 26, 2009, to deny any form of parole to imprisoned killer John Lee Jr. Lee stabbed to death a 16-year-old Kingston boy, Bill MacLeod, in 1986 and was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 year. He was convicted of first-degree murder. Lee posed as a police officer, abducted MacLeod, tried to sexually assault him and then murdered him.
