School Meals
The distribution of school meals is a key element in the process of persuasion and
retention of most students in the School, contributing also to the rising levels of the
educational achievement. Most students come to school without taking a meal, withcertainty that during lunch time they will have a hot meal, often the only meal they will
have for the day. The school is planning for the next school year, the distribution of a
light meal at the beginning of the day and another meal during break time.

School meals, an element to keep the students
The KIMPUANZA School charges a nominal value of KZ 300.00

amount. Some villagers / guardians / parents find difficult to pay
this amount having sometimes to withdraw their children from the
school due to the lack of funds.
The KIMPUANZA Farm "banned" parents / guardians from
withdrawing their children from the school for nonpayment,
raising awareness on the importance of education for the future
of their children and informed them that the requested fee is used
to improve the school which belongs to the community.
