Kim’s Green Juice

SERVES 1

Ingredients 1 Cucumber 4 Kale leaves, stem discarded Handful of spinach leaves 2 celery stalks 1 Apple (with skin on) 1 lemon (skin removed) Sliver of ginger (to add a bit of zing) Juicer

Instructions Wash all the ingredients. Put the cucumber, kale, spinach, celery, apple, lemon and ginger into juicer. Drink and enjoy.
