Advanced  weaving,  Egyptian  family  portrait,  Classical  columns  from  soap,  coronas  and  marbles    

Oral  Presentations   Weekly  Bible  verse  and  poem  recitations.  We  perform  two  formal  recitations  for  families.  The  students  also  perform  a  play  or  recitation  for  all  to  see  at  our  annual  history  festival.  

Field  Trips   National  Zoo,  local  theater  productions,  Baltimore  Aquarium,  Chesapeake  Bay  Environmental  Center,  Camp  Wabanna,  and  mosaic  craft  (like  the  ancient  Greeks)  at  a  local  shop    

Activities   Creating  the  Nile,  historical  figures  dolls,  mosaics,  dioramas,  sugar  cube  pyramids,  making  fossils,  science  experiments  

Community   We  practice  and  prepare  a  performance  for  the  annual  history  fair  in  the  spring.  We  make  a  class  project  for  the  school's  auction.
