This notice is there for several reasons. First, of course, is Legal. A huge and costly effort

has been required to develop HK. In addition, it takes several months of time and effort

just to create and organize the materials included in each class and manual plus years of

developing the HK concepts. National and International Copyright Laws generally allow

Second, a great deal of thought and experience was involved in constructing the sequence

of topics in the HK Class structure. The process is designed to lead you through a series of

recipients by–pass the essential learning process required to do adequate professional level

Health Kinesiology. This by–pass is inappropriate, unethical, and potentially harmful. The

Yes, it does seem generous and good hearted to share things with others, but doing so

might be harmed by improper, untrained, hands. Please, do not use techniques that you

have merely seen done by someone else. The energy characteristics involved do not get

properly transferred by observation alone.

Jimmy to organize and develop the presentation of the

information in this Manual.

Jimmy Scott edited and produced the entire manual.

An Explanation

You will notice that some pages are “missing”. The reason is that

further charts will be added when you take the appropriate classes

in the future (HK 2 for MC & HK 7 for CD). Those new pages

will fit right into those “missing” spots, with the correct page

numbers. To update your Manual you will only need to add the

new pages in the proper locations. The Table of Contents already

shows the entries.
